	Accountants: mary@millerverchota.com Resume Mary Miller, CPA, CVA, founded the company in August of 2000. She graduated from Columbia College with a major in accounting/business. She is an active member of The Illinois CPA Society, AICPA, and The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. After owning her own accounting business from 1990 until May 1994, she merged into a local public accounting firm. She is the treasurer of the Crystal Lake Dawnbreakers Rotary Club, past treasurer of The Johnsburg White Lightning Soccer Club, and past board member of the Johnsburg Softball League. In April of 2003 she was elected to the McHenry County College Board, as a trustee, and is currently serving a six year term. She also has served as the treasurer of The McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce. john@millerverchota.com Resume John has a Masters degree in Taxation from DePaul University and has been a CPA since 1977. He graduated in 1977 from Carroll College in Wisconsin. He has worked in local public accounting his entire career. He has been a member of The Illinois CPA Society since May of 1978, and AICPA. He served on the board of Family Services, and is a past treasurer of the McHenry Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president and active member of The McHenry Rotary Club.
